"When I first contacted Troy I told him about my problems and he was so nice, then I asked him how many sessions it would take to sort them out - told me he could help solve them all in one afternoon session, Needless to say I was quite sceptical.
I definitely had excess baggage from the past which was seriously impacting and affecting my life in the present, which I had been trying to ignore and hope would go away. Essentially, I had negative thoughts from the past which felt like they were going to be permanently attached to me, and I was never going to git rid of them. After my session with Troy, I truely felt like a weight had been taken off my shoulders, and that this weight was gone for good. The techniques which Troy used, made me look at my issues in a completely different way to the way that I always had, which never solved anything.
